Refund Modality:

The business will return the money in its precise original form. The refund procedure will follow the same guidelines as the payment method. However, there will be a service/cash-out fee associated with any refund requests for transactions made through MFS (Mobile Financial Services), such as Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, etc. This fee must be paid by the consumer. The charge amount will change based on the MFS used to make the purchase.


Airline has the right to change or cancel a flight at any moment as a result of COVID-19. It's possible that the place you're going violates the Covid-19 travel ban. Please review travel health advisories before leaving. The airline's cancellation/rescheduling policy and the ST convenience fee will be in effect.

Use of the Services:

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old in order to use our services. Our website allows customers to purchase tickets from anywhere in the world. After making a reservation on the internet, the customer can pay for the flight using any domestic or foreign debit or credit card. issuing the tickets in order to prevent cancellation from the appropriate Airlines.

(For example: Indigo Airlines, Imam Air....) In addition to the amount assessed by the airlines, we impose a service fee of BDT 1,500 per passenger and airline palates in the event that a client requests to cancel an international refundable ticket (During covid situation BDT 1500 for international). Once our service charge is subtracted, we will return the money. Please be aware that the refund process requires a minimum of 7 to 10 bank working days to complete. Tickets that are not refundable do not fall under this.

  • According to airline rules, refunds for canceled Bangladesh Biman Airlines flights would be processed in at least 7 to 10 bank working days.
  • According to airline rules, refunds for flights with Saudia Airlines shall be processed in no less than 7 bank working days.
  • According to airline rules, refunds for Air India half-portion flights would be processed in at least 10 bank working days.

In case of changing the date of your flight, we first look into that particular airline's policy.

When an airline cancels an international flight, the total cost for date changes includes the airline's date change fee, the fare difference between the new date and the one you originally purchased, our service fee of BDT 1500 per passenger, and a BDT 1500 refund service fee for any international air ticket.

If an airline cancels a domestic flight, the passenger refund service cost is BDT 1500 per passenger (BDT 500 in an emergency situation), and the date change service fee is BDT 500 per passenger.

Customers must pay the additional amount if airlines raise ticket prices while they are still in the booking process; otherwise, we will reimburse any amounts already paid. If a child's ticket needs to be changed or reissued because they will be turning 18 in the new travel date (per airline rules), the new cost of the ticket will be the difference in price plus the adult's date change fee in addition to any other fees that may be necessary.

Domestic check-in counters close two hours prior to departure, while international counters close three hours beforehand.

Air India and Saudi Airlines' one-way tickets are not produced by the passenger (labor tickets). Additionally, we don't send any labor tickets to Malaysia, countries in the Middle East, or nations on the Indian subcontinent.


The passenger offers a range of lodging services. This includes lodging options like hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, bed and breakfasts, and cottages. You agree to the terms and conditions of the following hotel by making a reservation through the Passenger.

The data you see on our website is data that our vendors and hoteliers have provided. The hotel owner is always free to modify the hotel's rent. Despite our best efforts to verify each and every piece of information, we cannot be held liable for any errors provided by vendors or hotel staff. If you see hotel rooms on a different website than Passenger, that implies we don't have access to those rooms because hotels typically use many platforms to rent out their space.

The ratings displayed on our website are based on client testimonials sent to us by our providers, which may be periodically updated or modified.

For any unauthorized use of our site, Passenger retains the right to cancel a confirmed or reserved hotel stay. Reselling and spreading false information are two examples of illegal usage of our website.

If the hotel is sold out of rooms, but you can still make a reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the booking in exceptional circumstances. In those circumstances, we will refund your payment.

At check-in, be sure to let the accommodation know if you have any specific needs or requirements. After a booking is confirmed, we cannot guarantee to fulfill any additional requests; whether the hotel will fulfill these requests is up to them. It is your duty to confirm whether the hotel is refundable before to making the reservation. The customer will receive their refund if the hotel is refundable within 7 to 10 business days (Depending on the specific hotel and bank policy)


Package prices are available for the requested lodging category and during the periods of validity that we have provided. The aforementioned tariffs are subject to change should the length of stay or type of room vary. During trade shows, exhibits, and special events, hotel rates are not valid. In some circumstances, there will be an added fee.

Once the reservation is confirmed, no changes (such as those to names, dates, or hotels) will be made.

When you confirm one of our vacation packages, it means that you have carefully read the following cancellation policy and agree to its terms. Refund Policy -

  • 15 Days prior to the Travel Date - 50 % of Total Holiday Cost.
  • 10 Days prior to the Travel Date - 75 % of Total Holiday Cost.
  • 05 Days prior to the Travel Date - 100% of Holiday Cost will be Non-Refundable.


Visas for travelers are processed for all popular international locations. We exclusively process the papers for the client in cases when individual submission is required. If necessary, the client will be required to appear at the embassy interview alone. We also cannot guarantee that you will receive a visa because the embassy is the only one who can do that. Customers are advised to: in order to increase their chances of receiving a visa-

Before applying for a visa, the passport must be valid for at least 1 year. Before applying, the customer is responsible for verifying the authenticity of their passport.

Visa fee & Service Charges:

For the processing of UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen visas, there are two fees: a passenger service charge of BDT 5000 and a processing fee of BDT 5000, totaling BDT 10,000.

Even if a client does not receive a visa, our service costs and the cost of the visa are totally nonrefundable.

Prohibited Activities:

You may only use the services we make available to you through our website or one of our representatives for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless you have a B2B agreement with us, you are not permitted to sell, resell, copy, or reproduce any services obtained by us. You are also agreeing not to:

Right to Refuse:

Passenger reserve the right to refuse user for a service, if:

  • The user breaches any of the terms and conditions.
  • Passenger is unable to verify any information provided by the user.
  • Passenger believes that the user's conduct may be illegal under other laws or the rights of third parties.

Right to Cancellation:

Passenger retains the right to cancel the reservation and pursue further legal action against the user if Passenger has cause to suspect that the user submitted any inaccurate information. In such circumstances, the passenger is exempt from liability for any financial harm caused to the user.

Modification of these Terms and Conditions:

The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without previous notification by the passenger. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions on a regular basis.

User Agreement:

You confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions by making a reservation for any service through our app and website (including the privacy statement). After booking any service from Passenger, disagreement with any of the terms and conditions listed above will not be taken into account.
